What Is Sea Moss?
Sea moss, also known as Irish moss, is an edible algae that grows along the Atlantic coasts of Europe, North America, and the Caribbean. The most common types include Chondrus crispus (Irish sea moss), Gracilaria (Jamaican sea moss), and Eucheuma Cottonii (also called guso).
